About Kerry Knight Holistic Well-being

About Kerry

Hi, I’m Kerry Knight—a Reiki Master, holistic well-being coach, and proud mum to two beautiful souls who inspire me every day.

My journey into this work began over 15 years ago through beauty therapy and Reiki. Over time, I expanded my expertise into mindfulness, life coaching, The Grief Recovery Method, and, most recently, a life-changing understanding of the Three Principles.



Why I Do What I Do

In 2016, my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer and passed away the following year. It was a time of profound pain and old wounds resurfacing.

But through that darkness, I found something within—a quiet strength. What I now understand is that innate well-being was always there, even when I couldn’t feel it.

I used to be a seeker, trying everything to “fix” myself. But true peace came not from doing more, but from realising I was never broken to begin with. That insight changed my life—and it’s why I do what I do today.

How I Work

I don’t believe you need fixing. You’re already whole. My role is to walk beside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and peace.

Reiki helps quiet the mind, allowing your nervous system to return to calm. The Three Principles remind us that our experience comes from thought, not from outside events.

When we see that clearly, life feels lighter and less overwhelming.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle energy practice that supports the body’s natural ability to heal. It promotes deep relaxation, helping the nervous system return to balance.

When we quiet the overthinking mind, clarity and insight naturally arise. Many people feel warmth, calm, and peace during sessions—reminders of the harmony that already lives within us.

What are the Three Principles?

The Three Principles explain how we experience life from the inside out:


  • Mind – The intelligent energy behind all of life
     
  • Consciousness – Our ability to be aware and experience life
     
  • Thought – The creative power shaping our moment-to-moment reality
     

Understanding this changes everything. We realise our feelings come from our thoughts, not from our circumstances.

Who Was Sydney Banks?

Sydney Banks was an ordinary man who had a profound insight into the human experience. In 1973, he shared what became known as the Three Principles, revealing that peace and wisdom are already within us.

The Reiki Principles I Live By

  • Just for today, I will let go of anger.
     
  • Just for today, I will let go of worry.
     
  • Just for today, I will work with honesty.
     
  • Just for today, I will be humble.
     
  • Just for today, I will show compassion to others and myself.
     

And always, I remember that beneath life’s challenges, an unshakable well-being lives within us all.
